At Change Fitness HQ, we have often been asked for health tips, nutrition resources, race information, and many other things that fall under our umbrella. So our vision with this blog is to address many of these items and to provide content that is helpful. How can you help? Right now I'm not going to make any promises about frequency and consistency, but what I can tell you is that I am challenging myself to #commit2change and to find that flow that you prefer to get content. So buckle in, grab your popcorn (no butter of course :)), and enjoy the ride!!!
